In 2015, I was asked to step in as the Creative Director for the clothing brand KOKA Clothing. I quickly learned that the company required a drastic change in direction, and I took action to reinvent the brand’s internal structure that would enable it to function efficiently.

As Creative Director, I was responsible for:
- Creative Implementations (creating a cohesive vision for the collection, preparing mood boards, designing the collection, cooperating with graphic artists and external artists, creating a campaign, co- producing and directing photo sessions / advertisement films

- Marketing and PR (strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, promoting events for the collection, cooperating with various influencers, supporting brand teams, communicating brand activities in the media, preparing press materials regarding brand activities, monitoring overall cohesion of brand communication)

- Social Media Content (curating the brand’s social channels through Instagram and Facebook, continuously overseeing the website, monitoring and updating as necessary).
- Supervising the Merchandise Store (Visual Merchandising, training shop employees, running pop-up events, etc).
